These checks involve screenings by the Arkansas State Department of Education, the FBI, and the Child Maltreatment Central Registry.

The purpose of these checks is to ensure the safety and well-being of students. Information about the background check process can be found on the ADE website, and applicants should be aware that there may be associated fees.
